The House
A grand country retreat
Craigfoodie House is the centre of the estate. Dating from the 1680s and built by a notable Jacobite, it is now a luxurious mansion home with generous reception rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, or a luxurious escape with friends.
Set within its own private walled garden, The House enjoys far-reaching views across the surrounding landscape.
Hill Cottage
Cosy stone character
A short walk from the main house, Hill Cottage is a traditional three-bedroom cottage, formerly the Gardener's Cottage, refurbished into a beautiful, quiet residence.
An open fire and patio doors leading into its own private garden make Hill Cottage a truly special place to unwind.
The Garden Flat
A peaceful garden hideaway
The Garden Flat is a two-bedroom apartment forming part of Craigfoodie House, with its own kitchen, bathroom, and spacious sitting room. It opens directly onto the estate gardens and is light-filled and quietly stylish throughout.
It can be kept entirely separate for privacy and independence, or integrated into the main house for larger parties.
